Set up Etisia and send your first automatic SMS.

## What does Etisia actually do?

Etisia connects to Google Calendar and automatically sends SMS appointment reminders and follow-up messages. Review requests are also available in supported markets. That means fewer missed appointments and less manual messaging.

## What do I need before I start?

You'll need a Google account and at least one calendar. We'll help you choose your country, language, reminder time, and message during setup.

## How long does setup usually take?

If your calendar is already in use, most teams complete the core setup in under a minute.

## Do my clients need to install an app?

No, and this is true on every plan. Clients receive a standard SMS directly on their phone with no app install, no sign-up, and no extra steps.

Plans affect your side (for example monthly SMS quota, number of calendars, Google Reviews, and team access), not the recipient experience.

## Can I connect more than one calendar?

Yes. You can connect multiple Google Calendars and choose separate reminder settings for each one. The number of calendars depends on your plan.
