Review requests and one-time group messaging.

## How do review requests work?

After an appointment, Etisia can automatically send an SMS asking for a Google review and route the client to your review link.

## When are review SMS messages sent?

You define review timing in the Reviews setup for each calendar. Once enabled, Etisia schedules and sends them automatically.

## What is inside the Messages section?

In Messages, you can send one SMS to many recipients at once.

Typical cases:
- changed working hours,
- quick update about free slots,
- one-time promotion to a selected segment.

Before sending, you get a preview, recipient list, and test message option.

Only message existing clients or recipients who have agreed to receive the message, and follow the marketing and opt-out rules that apply in your market.

## Why are some recipients skipped in group messaging?

We skip a recipient when:
- the phone number is missing or invalid,
- the person has opted out,
- the same number appears more than once.

You'll see these before you send the message.

## Can I add manual numbers to group messaging?

Yes. You can add extra phone numbers in Messages even when they aren't linked to an appointment.

We'll still check the number, remove duplicates, and skip anyone who has opted out.

Only message existing clients or recipients who have agreed to receive the message, and follow the marketing and opt-out rules that apply in your market.

## What is a good practice for one-time campaigns?

Send a test to yourself first, narrow recipients to a relevant segment, and keep the final message short with one clear outcome.

Only message existing clients or recipients who have agreed to receive the message, and follow the marketing and opt-out rules that apply in your market.
