We've been working on this one for a while. New dashboard, smarter reminders, multi-calendar support, team access, and a much better mobile experience.
We started Etisia back in 2023 with a pretty simple idea — connect Google Calendar to SMS so businesses stop losing money to no-shows. Since then, we've learned a ton from everyone using it daily.
Version 2 is us putting all of that into practice. Here's what's new.
What's new
New dashboard. You can now see delivery stats, no-show trends, and all your calendars in one place. No more jumping between screens.
Smarter reminders. Reminders now adjust their timing based on how your clients usually behave. If someone tends to cancel last minute, Etisia sends the reminder earlier.
Multiple calendars. You can connect several Google Calendars under one account. Great if you run more than one location or work with a team.
Team access. Invite your staff and give them the access they need — owners see everything, staff sees their calendars.
Better on mobile. We rebuilt the mobile experience so you can check stats, add contacts, and manage reminders from your phone.
Faster delivery. We improved how SMS messages are routed, especially for international numbers. Messages get there quicker.
Contact management. Bulk import, duplicate detection, and smart merge. Keeping your contact list clean is way easier now.
Compliance built in. Opt-in and opt-out rules are handled automatically based on your region.
Why we built this
Honestly, most of these features came straight from you. Salon owners kept asking for multi-calendar support. Tutors wanted smarter timing. Teams needed shared access. We just listened and built what made sense.
