Custom Appointment Reminders
You can now write your own SMS reminders from scratch. There's a new builder with a live preview and a built-in compliance check.
What's new
Until now you could pick from our library of 20+ templates. That's still there, but now you can also write your own message from scratch.
The new builder gives you a full-screen editor with a live preview. You drag in tags like the client's name, appointment day, and time — and you see exactly what the SMS will look like before it goes out.
There's also a compliance check built in. Before you save, it scans your message for links, promo language, or missing tags and flags anything that shouldn't be there.
Why we added this
Some of you wanted reminders that sound more personal — more like your business, less like a template. This lets you do that while making sure the message is still correct and compliant.
How to try it
Go to your dashboard, click "Add SMS reminders", pick your calendar, and in Step 2 choose "Craft your own reminder." Write your message, add your tags, run the compliance check, and you're done.
