Follow up without a checklist
Schedule the request from the appointment already in Google Calendar instead of relying on a member of staff to remember it.
Once configured, the follow-up becomes part of the existing calendar workflow.
Google Review Requests
Stop relying on someone to remember the follow-up. Etisia sends a neutral Google review request by SMS after eligible Google Calendar appointments, using your Google review link and the timing you choose.
Review requests and review-link click tracking are available on Pro and Team in supported markets.
A Google review request is a neutral message asking a real customer to share an honest experience on a business's Google Business Profile. Etisia is focused review request software for appointment-based businesses: it helps you request a Google review consistently by scheduling and sending that SMS after the appointment's scheduled end time. The customer decides whether to open the link, choose a rating or write anything.
Automate the request—not the review.
Manual review requests depend on someone remembering, finding the correct link and sending the message at the right time. Etisia makes that follow-up a repeatable part of the existing calendar workflow.
You do not need a full reputation platform just to send one consistent follow-up message.
Interactive demo · demo data
Receive a neutral SMS like the one an eligible client can receive after an appointment. The message contains a review link. It does not select a rating, publish a review or change any Google Business Profile data.

How it works
Google Calendar keeps the appointment. Etisia handles the configured wait and the neutral SMS that follows.
Configure the review destination from your business's Google Business Profile.
Pick one of the four available timings for the follow-up.
Etisia uses the scheduled appointment end time in Google Calendar. It does not infer that the client attended.
The client receives an SMS with a link that takes them to your configured Google review page.
They may ignore the message or open Google and leave an honest review in their own words.
Etisia can record whether the link was clicked. It does not connect that click to a rating, review text or published review.
A focused workflow product
Automated review requests should remove the manual task while leaving the review itself entirely with the customer.
Schedule the request from the appointment already in Google Calendar instead of relying on a member of staff to remember it.
Once configured, the follow-up becomes part of the existing calendar workflow.
Use the review destination configured from the business's Google Business Profile.
The Etisia link takes the client to that page, rather than to a private feedback questionnaire.
Use Immediately, After 90 minutes, The same evening or The next day.
Immediately means immediately after the appointment's scheduled end time.
Ask eligible clients without deciding who reaches Google based on presumed satisfaction.
The invitation stays voluntary and leaves the answer with the customer.
Pro and Team can show that the review link was clicked.
A click is engagement with the request—not proof that a review was posted.
Use the appointments that are already in Google Calendar.
There is no new booking system for the business to adopt.
Only contact clients where the business has an appropriate basis to do so, and respect opt-outs.
Use the delivery and opt-out flow available for the sender and market; requirements remain the business’s responsibility.
The client receives a short text message with a path to the business's Google review page. There is no Etisia app to install and no private feedback funnel that decides who is allowed to reach Google.
A short, neutral message. Their choice.
Etisia fits when appointments already live in Google Calendar and the business wants review follow-up to happen consistently without adopting a new booking system or a complete reputation-management platform.
Keep what works. Add a better follow-up.
Neutral-request policy
A review request should give a real customer a voluntary and neutral path to share their experience. It should not choose the desired rating, reward the customer or decide that only customers believed to be happy may reach Google.
Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews and share a review link, but prohibits incentives, selective positive solicitation and rating manipulation.
Read Google's review policiesThe customer is free to ignore the request or continue to Google.
They choose any rating and write about the experience in their own words.
Do not screen eligible clients according to whether you expect them to be satisfied.
Do not offer discounts, gifts or other benefits for leaving a review.
The message should not ask for a positive or five-star review.
Negative sentiment must not be routed away from the Google review destination.
Keep business details factual without giving the customer review text or talking points.
Clear product boundaries
Etisia handles the follow-up that happens before a review. Once the customer continues to Google, the rating, review text and publication process remain between the customer and Google.
A click is a click—not a review.
Click tracking shows engagement with the request. It does not prove that a review was submitted.
