Yes. Team owners can invite members, adjust access, and remove users from Team settings.

Who can manage billing actions?

Billing actions like plan changes, billing-cycle changes, and cancellation are restricted to the team owner.

Do team members share one SMS quota?

Yes. SMS quota is shared at team level, so all member usage is deducted from the same pool.
