Will Etisia text everyone on my calendar?
No. Etisia only sends SMS reminders when it finds a valid client phone number in the event or in a matched/imported contact. If there is no phone number available, no SMS is sent and the appointment can be flagged for review.
Do I need to add a phone number to every event?
No. For returning clients, Etisia can usually match the event title to an imported or saved contact. Add a phone number to the event when the client is new, unmatched, or when you specifically want that appointment to receive a reminder.
