Review settings and group messages

Set up review requests, adjust sending times and manage group messages in Etisia. Review requests are available in supported markets on Pro and Team.

How do I set up review requests?

Open Reviews setup, choose the Google Calendar to use and confirm your Google review destination. Review requests use one calendar per account and are available in supported markets on Pro and Team and during the free trial, not for US businesses. Send yourself a test from setup before enabling requests.

Etisia can send a request for an eligible appointment for which it sent a reminder. The SMS opens an Etisia page: after any star choice, the client sees the same options to leave a Google review or send private feedback. The star choice is not saved.

Where do I adjust review sending times?

Choose the timing in Reviews setup: about 15 or 90 minutes after the scheduled end in Google Calendar, that evening between 18:00 and 20:00, or the next afternoon.

Quiet hours are on by default. Late send slots can move back to about 20:00, including the previous evening for an early-morning slot, so a request is not guaranteed to arrive after the appointment has ended. Etisia does not check attendance.

What is inside the Messages section?

In Messages, you can send one SMS to many recipients at once.

Typical cases:

  • changed working hours,
  • quick update about free slots,
  • one-time promotion to a selected segment.

Before sending, you get a preview, recipient list, and test message option.

Only message existing clients or recipients who have agreed to receive the message, and follow the marketing and opt-out rules that apply in your market.

Why are some recipients skipped in group messaging?

We skip a recipient when:

  • the phone number is missing or invalid,
  • the person has opted out,
  • the same number appears more than once.

You'll see these before you send the message.

Can I add manual numbers to group messaging?

Yes. You can add extra phone numbers in Messages even when they aren't linked to an appointment.

We'll still check the number, remove duplicates, and skip anyone who has opted out.

Only message existing clients or recipients who have agreed to receive the message, and follow the marketing and opt-out rules that apply in your market.

What is a good practice for one-time campaigns?

Send a test to yourself first, narrow recipients to a relevant segment, and keep the final message short with one clear outcome.
